About the distillery

Glen Garioch is one of Scotland’s oldest operating distilleries and produces a Highland style known for texture, spice and a slightly earthy character. Earlier versions of its whisky often carried more pronounced smoky notes, while modern releases generally emphasize malt richness and structure. The distillery maintains a reputation for producing robust whisky that differs noticeably from lighter commercial Highland styles.
