About the distillery

Glendronach is widely associated with heavily sherried Highland whisky, producing rich malts marked by dried fruit, dark chocolate, spice and dense oak influence. The distillery built much of its modern reputation through traditional maturation in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks, attracting enthusiasts seeking bold and heavily textured Scotch. Older Glendronach releases in particular have become highly collectible among sherry-cask enthusiasts.
