Highland Park combines gentle peat smoke with honeyed malt richness in a style that many enthusiasts view as one of the most balanced expressions of island whisky. Produced in Orkney under harsh northern maritime conditions, its whiskies often emphasize heather honey, subtle smoke, dried fruit and spice rather than aggressive peat intensity.
