About the distillery
Scapa is one of the northernmost distilleries in Scotland, located in Orkney near its more internationally visible neighbor Highland Park. Its whiskies are generally softer and less peated than many island malts, often emphasizing honeyed sweetness, orchard fruit and gentle maritime influence. The distillery has historically maintained a quieter profile despite producing highly approachable island whisky.
