About the distillery

Aberlour occupies a central place in the classic Speyside style, balancing fruit richness, spice and sherry influence within an approachable structure. The distillery became especially well known through its A’bunadh series, which helped popularize high-strength sherry-matured whisky among modern enthusiasts. Compared with more luxury-positioned Speyside brands, Aberlour often maintains a reputation for strong quality-to-price value.
